Happy month of May!

PRUPrime (Prudential) Updates

We are happy to share that 20+ of our Courage community members have successfully landed retainer projects with Prudential, under their flagship PRUPrime Programme! ✨

Functions include: Product Marketing, Customer Resolution, HR (Competency, Benefits, Culture & Org), Policy Services, Due Diligence, Risk & Quality Assurance, Data Governance, Partnerships, Project Coordination, Claims Servicing, etc)

Huge congrats to those starting their new journey with Prudential, and we hope to bring more of such opportunities to our community in time to come.

Other Success Stories this year

We’ve also been hard at work with other opportunities - and are proud to share that a couple of Couragers have been offered some opportunities including - Head of Talent & Transformation, Head of Comms/Branding (fractional), Senior Manager Volunteer Management, Deputy Director Corporate Sales, and Partnerships Manager (fractional).

Other members have moved from short term projects, to longer-term contracts with companies/charities, including Special Projects, Head of Facilities, Learning & OD. Some have started short-term projects in IT, Procurement, etc.

Warm congratulations to our Courage members for embarking on their new chapters and we look forward to hearing about their journey ahead!

AI Native Circle Cohort 2 - Last Call

After a fabulous first run, we’re really excited to launch our 2nd cohort of AI Native Circle on 16 May 9am - 6pm (Sat) 🚀 - 4 slots remaining

Our goal: to build a safe space for our community to move beyond using AI like a search engine, to building AI Agents & systems for better professional & personal lives 🌱

We believe that experienced professionals who learn how to work with AI early will likely have a huge advantage. Domain expertise x AI = Competitive moat.

Our AI training partner: we chose to work with Wan Wei, founder of ANCHR AI Labs as she teaches in a friendly, highly guided & personalised way as a non-technical founder, to ensure that everybody sets up their system right and walks away with minimally two AI Agents by the end of the class.

Some Reflections

We’ve increasingly observed an expansion in “what could be possible” for many of our community members - in this longevity journey, some have started fractional roles while building their own impact organisations (shout-out to Victor and KH!), others have built AI agents and are working on monetising them (shout out to Damien), others have embarked on higher education (shout-out to Jen & Ryo for your Masters & Doctorade journey) - some have even gotten interviewed by Straits Times about their AI-journey (wow! Kudos to Grace :)), some are running their own trainings to help others on their entrepreneurship path (shout-out to Siew Siew)! And all this is just at the top of our heads… We are sure there are many many more!
